The staff were more than accommodating & helpful. The hotel is clean & it was nice to have a bar & restaurant right in the hotel. The homemade basil tomato soup was wonderful! A shuttle to & from the airport, a place to leave our car was a huge plus & one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The hotel and room were comfortable. Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and personable. I had a minor issue with the TV in my room upon check-in, and it was fixed quickly.

It has decent quality rooms, however they might need to repair some basics like bathroom doors and breakfast is expensive for what is offered especially for vegetarians.

I had to get a room extremely last minute due to another hotel with poor employees/customer service. Anyway, I didn’t catch her name. But there’s a girl with short reddish hair that works at the front desk. I was having some issues with my booking through a third-party and she was very helpful and patient with me while I tried to figure it out . I was also lucky enough to get a surprise of an upgraded room and with the awful 48 hours I had it prior to coming here that was a nice difference. Thank you to whoever you were and keep doing what you’re doing!!

The staff is really professionnal and nice. The room was clean and comfortable ! We needed an earlier check-in and they made it possible ! I am sorry i don't remember the name of the woman from the staff at the front desk, she is asbolutely amazing ! 5 stars for you !

I was tired from the events that had taken place with my flights. I had shown up almost 4 hours before check-in time. The staff got me checked into my room 3 hours before check-in, and I was able to rest for the night,

I am surprised that this hotel doesn’t have better reviews. I really enjoyed my stay here. The shuttle is super convene. Check-in was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant on site was great.
